Dashboards to increase systems and management performance of high-speed data and VoIP services

Tarrytown, NY – January 29, 2007 – DataLinx Corporation, an innovator in providing Consulting, Operation Support Systems, Software Development and Integration Services to communications providers, was recently engaged by the largest MSO in North America to review and evaluate their IP network performance management support systems. After the evaluation DataLinx provided software solutions that increased the efficiency of processing large amounts of performance data and combined various system information to simplify report generation.

As part of the solution, DataLinx provided ‘dashboards’ that will make it easier for management, engineering and operations teams to monitor and analyze the health of their networks. Dashboards are graphical user windows that allow for the rapid and ease of data management, workforce management, and other resource management. These dashboards will allow for the review of accurate, timely, and accessible Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) affecting customer services. On-the-fly creation of performance graphs, along with a thorough historical view of data, results in tools and analytics that will provide a temporal and predictive view of the overall performance of the network.

Prior to the solution delivered by DataLinx, many of the reports and management of resources were done manually through various systems. The DataLinx solution will allow the MSO to achieve an ROI on the project in approximately 3 months.
