Get ready to face unknown nautical horrors in Still Wakes the Deep, starting on June 18th.

Fans of “Dear Esther”, “Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs” and “Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture” should mark June 18 on their calendars. On that day, “Still Wakes the Deep” will be available for purchase on PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), Xbox Series X|S, and PS5. It will also be playable with Game Pass for Xbox and PC. This first-person narrative horror game is the latest offering from The Chinese Room, known for their work in the horror genre.

“Still Wakes the Deep” is not recommended for those with thalassophobia. Set in 1975, the game immerses players in the role of an offshore oil rig worker in the North Sea. A menacing enemy threatens your survival, forcing you to navigate through storms and freezing temperatures to protect your crew. Communication is cut off, exits are blocked, and weapons are scarce, leaving players to rely on their intelligence and resourcefulness to confront the unknown horror and escape the rig.
