Amazon is offering a two-pack of SanDisk microSD cards for $25 as part of their Big Spring Sale. Each card has a capacity of 128GB, totaling 256GB of storage. These cards are designed and pre-formatted for Nintendo Switch systems but can work with other microSD readers as well. Note that this deal is exclusive to Prime members.
The Nintendo Switch only provides 32GB of integrated storage, so microSD cards are essential for storing AAA titles. Although Nintendo games are compressed, games like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom still take up significant space.
Each card in this two-pack comes with a Mario-inspired mushroom logo. These SanDisk cards are known for their reliability, come with a lifetime warranty, and offer read/write speeds comparable to other products in the market. The maximum write speed is 90MB/s and the maximum read speed is 100MB/s, making them a cost-effective option compared to faster but more expensive products like the Samsung Pro Ultimate.
