After taking full ownership of Hulu last November, Disney began beta testing the integration with Disney+. Today, Hulu on Disney+ is officially out of beta, allowing subscribers to easily access content from both services. This move also promotes Disney’s Hulu bundle starting at $9.99 a month with ads, and a Duo Premium bundle at $19.99 a month for ad-free streaming and offline viewing. Your favorite Hulu content will have its own tab, but prominent shows like Shogun will also be featured in the main carousel.
In other news, GLAAD found policy violations where Meta failed to take action against anti-trans hate speech on its platforms. Despite numerous examples of hate speech violating Meta’s policies, the company did not address them. This report is not the first instance of Meta facing criticism for not protecting LGBTQIA+ users.
Marvel Rivals is a new third-person 6v6 team-based shooter game featuring characters like Black Panther, Spider-Man, and Magneto. The game will be free to play and set in a continually evolving universe with new levels, characters, and gameplay modes. Testers will have access to play as various Marvel characters, with an alpha version available in May for PC players.
In addition, No Man’s Sky is receiving major updates eight years after its launch. Hello Games’ upcoming update includes procedurally generated space stations, a ship editor, and a Guild system to enhance the space exploration game. The update will bring new shops, gameplay elements, and interactions with different guilds within the game.
