Governor Greg Abbott addressed the devastating effects of severe weather and tornadoes in North Texas during a recent press conference in Valley View. The Governor extended the state’s severe weather disaster declaration to include Denton, Montague, Cooke, and Collin counties, bringing the total number of affected counties to 106.
The impact of the storms has been significant, resulting in seven tragic deaths, close to 100 injuries, and the destruction of over 200 homes and structures.
