After Lara Trump, co-chair of the Republican National Committee, released a heavily autotuned indie track titled “Anything is Possible,” the Democrats have fired back with their own song called “Party’s Fallin’ Down.” This AI-generated song pokes fun at Trump’s rocky start as RNC co-chair. While the Democratic National Committee claims they didn’t invest as much time and money into their song, it still raises the question of whether using generative AI in politics is a slippery slope.
